I'm Ira. I've spent 20+ years working across all kinds of projects, platforms, technologies, and teams. I get up to speed fast, work out what's actually needed, and get on with it, whether that's designing something new, building it, fixing what's already there, or figuring out a problem nobody else has managed to close.

Adespocats
Platform for managing stray cat colonies in urban areas. Three audiences, one system: carers track colonies, medical records and TNR schedules; vets and NGOs coordinate care; supporters discover and fund. Built solo, from concept to production: landing, PWA and back-end.
Beefeater / Agency
Each user's choices become their own shareable festival poster. Up to 60 binary questions build a personal lineup for Mad Cool or BBK Live, with a different question set per festival, and every answer shows in real time how everyone else answered. One of the questions asks which hand they use: the whole interface adapts to it. Agency project: I owned the front-end and the back-end.
VW / Agency
Campaign platform for the VW Polo challenge. Users filmed their entry straight from the browser on their phone, with nothing to install, and submitted it for a shot at the car. Built for a national campaign with a full registration flow, video capture, hall of fame, and jury panel. Agency project: I owned the front-end.
IE University
A continuous journey that starts in a lawyer's office and ends in orbit, telling law from the local to the global. Five chapters chained together, moving forward and back with the scroll, with dot navigation to jump between them. The camera pulls away as the user scrolls down, until the whole world is in view. All SVG, animated in CSS, with mouse-driven parallax. No back-end: scenes, animations and SVG generation, all mine.
Beefeater / Agency
Touchscreen booth at Mad Cool. Four people had their photo taken, picked a genre and each wrote a phrase; a sampler turned the four into a track and the photo into the sleeve. The vinyl was pressed on site, and a ticket told them when to come and collect it. Screens showed the queue and every finished sleeve in real time. Team build: I owned the front-end, both for the booth and for the screens, and adapted the sampler engine to our flow.
Diodia app
Toll-cost calculator for Greece, on iOS and Android. Plans a route and prices every toll plaza by vehicle category and operator. Proximity alerts are spoken through the car's audio, so there's no need to look at the screen, and everything works offline: the toll data ships with the app. Country-agnostic data layer built to expand beyond Greece. Built solo: landing, iOS and Android app with Expo, and the toll engine.
